Children and youths
- Children are those of age under 18.
- Child abuse will be forbidden and will be severley punishable.
- The prosecution system for children will be split up into three groups; 8-10 years of age, 10-15 years of age and 16-18 years of age. A government charity will be set up (GCC - Government Childrens Charity) to give help and advice to parents will disobediant children. Failure to comply with this will be seen as neglect and parents can be prosecuted.
- 8-10 years of age: depending on the seriousness of the crime, curfews, community service and YOLS (Yound Offenders Learning System) will be given.
- 10-15 years of age: depending on the seriousness of crime, jail sentences will be given and they will be forced onto YOLS in Yound Offenders Institutes (YOI). These jail sentences will be less severe than 16 years of age plus will get and they will be allowed intergration with others.
- 16-18 years of age: depending on the seriousness of crime, jail sentences will be given and tehy will be just as long as adults would get. However integration will be given.
